It was 1987, I (Josh) was 6 years old trying hard to build a toy barn. Dull handsaw, toy hammer, used bent up nails, half rotten boards… I needed something to put my plastic farm animals and toy tractors in! Needless to say my toy barn didn’t quite work out but it lit a flame in me that could never be extinguished.

19 years after the failed toy barn Treasured Spaces was founded as a small, highly skilled, detail oriented, one-of-a-kind builder. Today that flame burns as bright as ever with the need to overcome challenges to bring comfort, joy, tranquility, and accessibility to good people. Oh yeah, and if you need a toy barn I now have the skills!
