We offer our construction expertise and years of knowledge as part of our consulting service. Maybe you have an idea or potential building project in mind but not sure where to start. Maybe you want to know what might be possible. Maybe you have a problem with your home, business, or church and want to investigate a solution. We can come to you, give friendly one-on-one advice, and answer your building/renovation/repair questions even if you aren’t ready to move forward. Our consulting services start at $179 per trip which includes the first hour. Beyond 1 hour we charge a flat rate of $109 per hour.
If you’re looking to take the next step in making your ideas come alive we offer design and drafting services utilizing Chief Architect. This software allows us to create 2 dimensional scaled line drawings and 3 dimensional full color renderings of your project. In 3D we can play with materials, colors, or textures to get it feeling just right. Once we have things looking AMAZING we can draft all the necessary construction documents for accurate build pricing and acquiring all necessary permits. We offer these services at $99 per hour. Typically we can give an estimate of costs for this service based on your project size and your expected needs although final costs may vary. If using this service we prefer you have intentions of hiring us to build your project. We do not do design or drafting for other builders unless discussed in advance and it is determined we can all work together as a team.
Imagine gambling hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars which belongs to someone else! Yeah… we can’t imagine that either and that’s exactly why we don’t do it. We take our cost estimates VERY seriously and therefore, depending on project size, we put hours upon hours of effort to create accurate line item proposals. As long as the scope of work does not change our price does not change.. This proposal is also a necessary tool for financial institutions if your project requires financing. Our fees to create this type of document are $109 per hour. If we are hired on to build the project we credit these payments towards the total price of the project. That essentially makes it a complimentary service for those who choose to hire us. Not ready to take that leap yet but need to know if the project cost is 5k or 750k? We can create a rough “ballpark” estimate for very minimal fees.
Once you know your project and have your construction documents complete you need a builder. A builder has the knowledge to assemble all the people, equipment, parts, and pieces to construct your project from start to finish. Treasured Spaces has the experience, tools, and people to take your project from paper to reality.
Every home, business, church, school, etc. requires ongoing maintenance. Things break, weather, and wear out. If you’re looking for someone to take care of those pesky tasks we can do that for you. We know houses and buildings inside and out and have years of experience putting them back together. Our handyman services are billed at $109 per hour.

Let’s meet at your home, business, or a coffee shop to get to know each other and discuss your potential project. This meeting is usually 1-2 hours and requires no commitment or payment to us. From here we can decide how to best serve you.
One
After our initial meeting we can decide how to best serve you and typically that brings us to the Design & Drafting Stage. During this stage it may be necessary to accurately measure your home or space inside and out to create an as-built or existing plan. Once we have an existing plan we can modify it to suit your needs and showcase your ideas in 2 dimensional drawings and 3 dimensional colored renderings. We can change room sizes, change architectural styles, change colors, patterns, textures, or even add accessibility items like an elevator at this stage. The possibilities are endless. Once this stage is complete we will have sufficient construction documents to allow accurate pricing of the project.
Two
With the construction documents complete we can carefully and accurately develop our proposal. This proposal is typically many pages long and will have large amounts of information broken down into separate line items. This proposal very specifically lists the work to be done, the quantities of items included, and a firm price.

The funnest part! We love to get our hands dirty and pound some nails! Treasured Spaces can build your home or business from the ground up. We have long standing relationships with trade partners to handle every aspect of construction.

We worked with Josh and Treasured Spaces on a major kitchen and main level remodel. Josh was very responsive and accommodating to our questions during the bid process. We also hired our own designer, who Josh had never worked with, but collaborated with extremely well. Our project actually finished on schedule, with no delays!"
